Experience
I have more than six years of experience working as a caregiver in Nepal, where I supported individuals with their daily activities, personal care, hygiene, and emotional well-being. My background as a registered nurse and Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) has given me strong practical knowledge in health care, patient safety, and communication.

In addition to my experience in Nepal, I have also worked in Finland, where I have been involved in childcare through babysitting and early childhood support roles. This has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and the ability to adapt to different family environments. I have also completed an internship in an autism care home in Finland, where I gained experience in supporting individuals with special needs, improving my understanding of empathy, communication, and personalized care.

I would like to become an Au Pair and caregiver for the elderly abroad because I am passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. I enjoy working with both children and elderly individuals, as I believe they both need care, attention, and emotional support. Living abroad also gives me the opportunity to experience new cultures, improve my language skills, and grow both personally and professionally.

I am motivated to contribute my skills, learn from new experiences, and become a supportive and reliable member of a host family while providing quality care and companionship.
