I work with them on whatever they can do...comb hair, wash face, turn water on or off.
Get their opinions in general on anything..wearing this or that.
Take time with them on hair, makeup, clothes.
Because if they don't use it they lose it.
If they look good they feel good.
I listen to them.
I am amazed as they tell me their life stories.
Most were the movers and shakers of their time.
Listen to what they created.
Alot of humor is used.

They are motivated by my optimism & easy going attitude.
I get those tuff old buggers to love me after they give me the old side eye up and down and see my work ethic.

This eventually leads to them asking me to not let them alone when it's time and they are so scared of the unknown.

I am trained to work.
24/7= 24 hrs a day/7days a week.
I am that dependable.
Working this way gives the family 2 days off in a row.

Do alot of hospice.
When it's time to help a client crossover.
I stay with my client entire time to help them and their family thru it.
