Primary Canine Management: Provide comprehensive daily care for five dogs, including feeding, grooming, administering medication (if necessary), and maintaining detailed health records.

Team Supervision: Take ownership of the daily schedule by directly managing and coordinating the activities of two subordinate Dog Walkers, ensuring all routines are executed efficiently.

Behavioral & Training Oversight: Implement and maintain structured routines and exercises. Expertise in dog training, obedience, or behavior modification is a significant advantage, allowing the manager to proactively address and shape positive dog behavior.

Residential Presence: Maintain a professional and consistent presence within the residential environment, ensuring the seamless operation of the household's pet care routine.

Qualifications & Attributes
Proven professional experience (5+ years preferred) managing multiple dogs in a residential or high-standard kennel environment.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead junior staff or support personnel.
Exceptional skills in organization, time management, and detailed record-keeping.
Must possess a genuine passion for canine welfare and excellent communication skills for reporting to the homeowner/management.
