We are a warm, active Czech family with three children (7, 5 and 2) living in the beautiful countryside near Náchod, close to forests, hills and the Polish border.
We are looking for a special person who would love to become a genuine part of our family for several months – someone who enjoys children, nature, creativity, outdoor adventures and simple family life.
English is an important part of our everyday life, and we would love our children to have someone around them who naturally speaks English, plays with them, explores the outdoors and shares everyday experiences with them.
We are a homeschooling family and live a low-screen lifestyle, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being present with children without relying on phones or screens.

Job Description
We are looking for a warm, energetic and responsible au pair / family helper who would genuinely enjoy becoming part of our family and spending everyday life with our three children (7, 5 and 2 years old).
The most important part of your role will be spending active, meaningful time with the children and naturally speaking English with them every day. We are a homeschooling family and our children learn mainly through play, real-life experiences, creativity and time outdoors.
You would help us with the children during everyday activities, play with them, read, create, explore nature, go for walks and trips, and sometimes help with simple homeschooling activities. We value a respectful, gentle and emotionally supportive approach to children. We do not use punishments, shouting or humiliation.
We also live a low-screen lifestyle. The children do not spend their days with phones, tablets or television, and we are looking for someone who feels comfortable being fully present with children without relying on technology.
Alongside childcare, we would appreciate help with the normal everyday running of our household. This includes preparing simple, healthy family meals, helping with dishes, laundry, tidying children’s spaces, putting things away and keeping the common areas organised. We are not looking for a professional cleaner, but for someone who is naturally willing to participate in family life and notices what needs to be done.
We would especially love someone who enjoys nature, outdoor activities, creativity, cooking, books, animals or gardening and who is proactive enough to come up with ideas for the children rather than waiting for instructions all the time.
Our approximate schedule would be 25–30 hours per week, usually spread over weekdays, with the exact routine agreed together according to our family schedule. Weekends and evenings would generally be free, apart from occasional babysitting agreed in advance.
A driving licence is a strong advantage, as we live in the countryside and sometimes need help with transportation.
We offer private accommodation, full board, pocket money and a warm family environment. You would have your own time and privacy, while also being welcome to join us for family trips and adventures.
