Update: 33 yo now and got another Australian cattle dog, also I returned to Poland and working in corporate world which doesn’t suit me best but pays my bills and dog food ;) the rest basically remains the same ;)

I am 28 years old and most of my life I spent with animals. Starting with my family animals - we had cats, dogs, rabbits, a trurtle and ocassionaly some birds that we found injured and which we helped to get better. Since I was a kid I've been following my older sister which was riding horses, then she was a horse riding instructor in many different places - and I've been her right hand, doing all stable jobs and get opportunity to ride and learn in return. We also had our own horses - firstly a sport mare, then a rescued cold blooded gelding. Next step was a job with horses on my own - I have been working in Riding Centre in Wales, twice, during my holidays at university.
Later on I started to work in Akita Kennel in Poland - my duties included helping with photo shoots, training puppies ( socialization, walking on leash, show position ), preparing dogs for shows ( baths etc ) and general cleaning up.
Then I had a period of working in corporation, but I felt it is not for me as I always wanted to work with animals.
Now I have cat and dog, which I train for Search and Rescue and some obedience. Also I am a member of Civic Search and Rescue Group. Also since May I have my own dog hotel - it's a small hotel at my place, so dogs are living with me.
I also have been a volounteer in a zoo for some time, but it was only as a short time summer job while I was still in high school.
Currently living in Denmark and working as a petsitter on a farm ( job found at greataupair too ). I've been here for a year now, taking care of 5 dogs and 3 horses on a daily basis, also doing some light cleaning.
Looking only for a live-in position, where I could bring my own dog and cat. Will be happy to answer all the questions.
