The role is a blend of Personal Assistant to the father and Au Pair / Household Support to the mother, with a strong emphasis on reliability, initiative, and genuine care for our children and home.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who embodies professionalism, warmth, and initiative:

A fast learner who can quickly apply new information

Fluent in English (preferably as a first language)

A confident, competent driver with several years of experience and willingness to complete advanced driving training

Strong computer literacy: MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook (or similar), and general web proficiency

High personal accountability and a strong work ethic

Self?motivated, organised, and able to manage responsibilities independently

Tertiary education completed or in progress is preferred

Previous business or administrative work experience is preferred

Non?smoker

Must love animals, especially cats.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities (PA to the Father)

The father requires a proactive, detail?oriented Personal Assistant who can support him across personal and business?related tasks:

Managing emails, calendars, appointments, and schedules
Document processing, filing, and data capturing
Liaising with business contacts on his behalf
Handling calls when he is in meetings
Assisting with general administrative and organisational tasks

Child-Related Responsibilities (Au Pair to the Mother)

The mother needs someone who can confidently and lovingly support the children’s daily routines, including:

School transportation and collection
Driving to and managing extra?murals and activities
Assisting the youngest child with homework
Managing and coordinating the children’s schedules
