Proposal: Work Internship Exchange Program

Program Overview:
This internship is designed for individuals seeking a balanced experience of professional development and cultural immersion. Participants will:
Live with an American/Filipino host family to gain firsthand cultural experience and community connection.
Participate in daily home duties, assisting in light home care, organization, and community activities.
Train in remote work-from-home skills, including communication, online task management, content development, and digital business operations.
Develop essential life and career skills — such as time management, adaptability, and interpersonal communication — necessary for personal and professional advancement.
Duration:
Minimum 3 months (extendable up to 12 months depending on performance and agreement).
Exchange Arrangement:
Host family provides: Accommodation, meals, and cultural immersion.
Intern provides: 4–6 hours daily assistance and active participation in training sessions.
Training includes: Remote work orientation, digital tools introduction, and personal development mentoring.
