Job Description
I am a homeowner and manager of a rental property. I live in the Sherman Oaks Hills in an estate style home located in Los Angeles, California. It is situated on a quiet hillside Street with great views, minutes to Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.
I am looking for someone who can provide organizing, decorating and housekeeping assistance, while also assisting me with my property rental business. I am able to provide mentoring and training in hosting short-term rentals.
This is a live out situation, except for a March and April housesitting requirement.
The ideal candidate is loyal, focused and capable with proven reliability.
Ideally you have a dependable vehicle for errands.
I anticipate I need 10-15 hours of help per week and salary is based on experience and interest.
