Role Overview:

Seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Domestic Personal Assistant to manage the daily operations and personal logistics of a busy household. The ideal candidate takes genuine pride in keeping the home running smoothly, anticipates needs before they arise, and handles ad-hoc requests with minimal direction. And does everything with upmost discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Travel Management: Maintain and update the family calendar, schedule appointments, and (if need be) coordinate travel itineraries and accommodations with the other-members-of-the-household’s assistants and housekeepers.

Household Operations and Family Support: Schedule breakfast, lunch and dinner with kitchen staff. Assist your assigned family member with wake up times, dressing, setting up bathroom, clean towels, and sorting out dirty laundry. Help with washing and drying laundry, iron clothes and change linens of your assigned family member’s bed.

Errands & Logistics: Run daily personal errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop-offs, and pharmacy pickups.

Administrative Duties: Screen correspondence, manage emails, handle/remind of bill payments, and keep detailed digital records.

Teamwork: You will be solely responsible for the management of one adult family member in the household, but you will be expected to work with other household member’s assistants and housekeepers.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience in domestic staffing, household management, or as an executive/personal assistant is preferred but if not you must be willing to undergo training.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (daily local driving required) is preferred but if not do be willing to learn.

Exceptional organisational skills and a "no task too small" mentality.

High level of discretion and trustworthiness regarding confidential family matters is paramount and you will be asked to sign confidentiality agreements.
