I am officially self-employed in the UK but in recent years I have been widely travelling across Europe and doing various volunteering projects. One of the nicest ones was house-sitting and pet-sitting in a big farmhouse in the Polish mountains, where I was looking after 2 houses, 2 dogs, 2 cats and a holiday apartment.
*I am a university graduate (completed 3 different university courses including English Studies and Philology/ Physical Education and Tourism/ Humanistic European Studies).
*I can take care of your house- I have worked for private households in the USA, UK, have been a chalet host in the Austrian Alps, managed various B&Bs around Europe.
*I worked as an Assistant Centre Manager for the summer language school in Bristol for two subsequent summers where I interfered with international students, activity leaders and group leaders. Among the others, I was in charge of accommodation and well-being of the students, including liaising with the catering department about dietary issues.
*I can arrange your trips and travels from scratch.
*I cook vegetarian/vegan, healthy and balanced meals.
* I can support your office work and spend time with you in an active way.
*I have been volunteering in various places like organic farms, B&Bs and agritourism, yoga retreats and eco-sustainable centres around Europe. I assisted a vegan chef in a yoga retreat in Poland.
*I am into balanced, healthy lifestyle and wellness.
*I have good communicative skills, I do well with people. I used to work as a coach party leader on European tours, so I can easily interfere with tourists and guests.
*I can teach English as a foreign language to all age groups.
*I write my personal travel blogs. I also post reviews on Trip Advisor and social media. I can manage your page (I am now an editor of 3 different fan pages). I have published my first e-book in Polish about budget travelling - it is widely available online.
* I have started to publish low content and no content books on Amazon KDP Platform.
*I find myself good at organizing trips and events. For example, I have recently organised a flea market in my flat because I have neither garage nor yard:) so no chance for a typical garage sale in an American way. (See the photos). I have travelled the world widely and always plan my trips myself.
*I am keen to do some art work (esp. painting, decoupage) I can use a screwdriver, a hammer and an electric drill. I can sand and paint, have renovated a lot of wooden furniture on my own, both for myself and my previous hosts in Portugal and Italy.
*I can swim, ski, play basketball and some tennis. I love water sports.
*Interior decorating is one of my hobbies.
*I can commit myself to some gardening as long as it doesn't require heavy machinery or pesticides.
Life-work balance is very important to me so if you look for someone to work 50 hours a week - I am not the right candidate.
I am boycotting the employers who do not have respect for human rights and freedom and require "flu" vaccination from their employees. It is disgraceful, that we must handle segregation and discrimination of this kind in the 21st century.
