Mental stimulation and going out ... keeping interested in the world outside their home is so important and so is light exercise.
I looked after both my elderly parents up till 95 and I understand the difficulties that are faced.
I understand loneliness and despair, when one loses a loved one, or is simply just alone.
I would so greatly enjoy to help a person ( female / lady ) that is in need of such support.
