I am confident enough that I have adequate skill with special talent of performing my duties and responsibilities on the bank industry. I have served in Wegagen bank in different branches, at Adigrat, Addis Ababa and Mekelle Branches from April 01, 2002 up to Nov. 5,2006, as Jr. Personal Banker in different sections and as Teller. From November 13, 2006 till now I am serving Awash Bank S.c in Mekelle Town as a Chief Cashier, Customer Service Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Acting Manager, Branch Manager, Credit Analysis & Appraisal Supervisor & Acting Regional Credit Analysis & Follow up Manager.
I have been delegated for more than five times to run the branch with special authority by the branch Manager as well as to handle operational issues of the Regional Officc. Besides, due to my high performance I have got recognition of rewarding one more step salary increment on July 01,2011 and Best Performing Branch Manager of the 2016/2017 financial year.
With regard to my educational background I have graduated with Diploma in Business Education from Addis Ababa University and B.A Degree in Management from Alpha University, Diploma in General Theology & BA Degree in General Theology as well the degree of Masters of in Administrative Leadership from St. Frumentius Abba Selama Kessate Berhan Theological College Mekelle with great distinction.
