I have experience in hospitality and customer service, working as a receptionist at a tourist hotel in Hurghada (2024–2025). My responsibilities included welcoming and guiding local and international clients, managing reservations, and organizing daily front desk operations. I handled inquiries, solved problems efficiently, and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction.

Through this role, I developed excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, while adapting to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

In addition, I have completed over 3 years of French learning at school (more than 1000 hours) and have continued self-study to reach A2 level. My English is advanced (B2), allowing me to communicate effectively with both children and adults.

I am motivated, responsible, and dynamic, with a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments. I am confident in assisting with household tasks, childcare, scheduling, and administrative support. My goal is to provide a supportive and efficient environment for the family I work with, ensuring both children and adults feel cared for and organized.
