Hi, my name is Kate, I'm 26, and I recently moved to Philly from Michigan to be closer to my part time job as a model in NYC, but also for a fresh start.
My work and education background include newborn photographer, design, professional organization, working with kids, and hospitality/customer service. I went to college for Architecture, and Interior Design, but right when I was about to switch to Journalism, Covid hit, and I never went back (modeling picked up for me during that time, so I ended up working, and never "officially" graduated.) However- english and writing is still something I succeed at in everyday life, whether that's proofreading friends papers, sending emails, ect. I also just passed my boards to get my esthetician license although finding a job opening in that field has been extremely competitive.
I'm extremely efficient in organization, cleaning, and running errands/personal shopping. Problem solving is what I do best, as I have a creative approach for finding solutions. I value and relay off of clear communication, and so when this need is efficiently met, I am able to work to the best of my ability.
I love design, and have helped stage/decorate many homes, birthday parties, and events. Additionally, I also had a small closet organization business for a short time.
I love kids, and grew up with a little brother who I love dearly that I helped to raise after losing my father to cancer when I was 16. The silver lining from this; learning how to be independent, and from a young age, at that. We also have a number of pets over the year (I can't even BEGIN to tell you how much I love animals) and I used to work with extotics back in Michigan, so pet care is absolutely NO stranger to me!

Hopefully one of the reasons you've continued reading is because you've like what I've said so far, and you may be wondering what the catch is. Well, unfortunately, the catch is that I do not have a car, and have had to rely on public transportation since moving here (I live in West Philly next to Clark Park, so just right outside of Penn's campus.) I do in fact have a valid driver's license, and have no problem driving, if a car is provided to be for said duties.
