We are a family based in Dubai seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional live-in nanny to provide high-quality care for our children. This is a long-term, childcare-focused position.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care for the children
• Establish and maintain daily routines (naps, play, learning, bedtime)
• Plan and engage children in educational, creative, and outdoor activities
• Supervise children during meals (no meal preparation required)
• Support school routines and homework where applicable
• Accompany children to activities or appointments when required
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized environment related to the children
• Light child-related tasks only (tidying play areas, organizing toys, children’s belongings)
This role does not include cooking, meal preparation, general housekeeping, or maid duties.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a professional nanny or childcare provider
• Experience with children of similar ages preferred
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
• Calm, patient, and positive approach to childcare
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• First aid / childcare training preferred
• Verifiable references from previous employers
• Willingness to relocate to and live in Dubai
