Job Description
We are seeking a resilient, calm, and highly experienced Maternity Nanny to provide dedicated care for our newborn. As the mother has demanding work commitments, this is a sole-charge position during the week. You will be the primary caregiver, working in close partnership with the father to manage all aspects of the baby’s world. On weekends, the father is fully present to provide support.
We are a household that deeply values transparency, authenticity, and mutual respect. While we expect an uncompromising work ethic, we provide a supportive environment that honors your professional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
• Full Newborn Care: Sole responsibility for feeding routines, baby hygiene, and nursery management.
• Sleep & Structure: Expert implementation of age-appropriate sleep structuring and routines.
• Night Support: Providing overnight care to ensure the baby’s needs are met (working alongside the father).
• Developmental Tracking: Monitoring and encouraging all "first-year" milestones and progress.
• Travel Companion: Accompanying the family on frequent international trips.
Accommodation & Environment
• Living Quarters: This is a live-in position. You will have a private bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Please note that during periods of intensive night support or sleep training, you will be expected to share the room with the baby.
• Security: For the baby’s safety and home security, the household is equipped with a CCTV system. Candidates must be comfortable working in a monitored environment; however, your personal privacy in your en-suite and during off-duty hours is strictly respected.
