We are a warm, creative, international family seeking a unique individual to join our "roster" of remote Video Play Partners. This is not a traditional babysitting or passive supervision role. We are looking for high-energy, emotionally perceptive, and creative performers to engage our highly intelligent 3.5-year-old son in live, immersive, imaginative play sessions via video call. Our goal is to provide our son with world-class engagement that feels like his favorite YouTube shows (think Blippi, Danny Go, or Handyman Hal), allowing his mother to take meaningful breaks while he is safely and positively engaged.

What You Will Do:

Immersive Play: Lead interactive sessions involving storytelling, pretend play (superheroes, construction, vehicles), and
"imaginary adventures".
Active Performance: Use costumes, props, and toys to keep engagement high on camera.
Dynamic Engagement: Read the child’s energy levels and adjust the play style—shifting from high-energy movement to focused storytelling as needed.
Creative Planning: Prepare session ideas in advance (e.g., "Today we are going on a volcano adventure!") rather than just reacting to the child.
Flexible Availability: Join calls on-demand (via a roster system) or for scheduled recurring sessions.


Ideal Candidate Profile

The "Entertainer" Mindset: You have the camera presence, vocal range, and energy of a children's YouTube creator.
Developmental Intuition: You have significant experience specifically with the 3.5 to 4-year-old age group and understand their unique developmental needs.
High EQ & IQ: You are mentally "quick," imaginative, and able to connect emotionally without falling into a "disciplinarian" or "authoritarian" mindset.
Communication: Native or near-native English fluency with a clear, engaging, and expressive speaking style.
Tech Savvy: You have a professional video call setup (good lighting, clear mic, stable internet) and look natural on camera
