Family's Introduction to Nanny
We are a small family of three – myself, the mother Mareika, and my two children, Jaime (6) and Aurora (2). We live in Hergiswil, a charming suburb of Lucerne, only 40 minutes from Zurich.
Our home is a bright and spacious 4.5-room apartment with a garden and a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. A young, small dog is also part of our family and brings lots of joy to our daily life.
From time to time, you will also support the children’s father during his care period at his place, ensuring continuity and stability for Jaime and Aurora.

Job Description
We are a warm and welcoming family living near Lake Lucerne, Switzerland, looking for a responsible and caring Au Pair with an EU passport to join us for 12–24 months.
About us:
• Two children: a boy (6 years) and a girl (2 years)
• A young, small dog who is part of our family
• Languages spoken at home: German and English
Your responsibilities:
• Childcare and engaging with the children in a warm, responsible way
• Light household support (tidying up, keeping the kitchen clean after use)
• Willingness to stay overnight with the children when required
• We would love someone who enjoys cooking and can occasionally prepare family meals
Schedule:
• Fixed working days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Additional support on other days if needed
• Mornings are free for language school or personal activities
What we offer:

• Meals provided on working days
• A generous monthly allowance
