GERMAN TEACHER/BABYSITTER, Palma de Mallorca
20-25 hours a week, begin mid September 2023

German native speaker to babysit/tutor a 6 year old and 3 year old, afternoons and weekends for about 20-30 hours a week total.
The hours and days are very flexible. Family is a Canadian/Austrian/German family. We are very easy going and relaxed. The children speak english, german and spanish.
Ideally someone with a background in child education, or experience as a nanny/governess for young children.
Someone with alot of energy who can stimulate and keep up with the children. The 6 year old will need informal “tutoring” for about 30 minutes a day.
Drivers license a big plus. Good english also required.
Job includes finding activities for children that help them with their german and learning in general. Creating a learning plan and structured learning activities for the 6 year old. Driving and picking up children from school. Going on excursions with one or both children. Tidying and caring for children’s things and spaces.
We can pay a very good hourly wage (also a teacher’s wage) for the right candidate.
There is the possibility for a longer term position, or full-time position with the family in future, and also the possibility to travel to Brazil for a full time position for 2-3 months in early 2024.
