Position Overview
We’re seeking a full-time, live-in Nanny to join our growing family in Ibiza as we prepare to welcome our first child. While the primary focus is on newborn care, our ideal candidate also has the flexibility to take on Housekeeper, Chef, or Personal Assistant responsibilities. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become an integral part of our family and possibly collaborate on our other business ventures down the line.
Key Responsibilities
Newborn Care: Oversee all aspects of infant care, from feeding and sleep routines to early developmental activities. Experience with specialized parenting philosophies (Montessori, RIE, etc.) is a plus.
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of our home, adhering to our strict standards for cleanliness.
Chef/Cooking Assistance: Plan and prepare strictly organic, grass-fed, gluten-free meals based on provided or collaboratively developed menus. Ensure all ingredients and cooking spaces are handled with extreme attention to detail.
Personal Assistant Tasks: Depending on your background and interest, assist with scheduling, errands, shopping, and other administrative or personal tasks. Potentially expand into our business activities over time.
Qualifications:
Newborn Experience (highly preferred)
Fluent in English (bilingual with Spanish or another language a plus)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Comfortable receiving instruction and also proactively creating new household systems (e.g., schedules, menus, chore charts)
Valid driver’s license (ideal but not mandatory)
Willingness to travel if needed (ideal but not mandatory)
