Job Description
Lovely family with 4 children (ages 6, twins 4, and 2) looking for a full-time nanny in Lagos (with frequent travel).
Position: Live-out (with potential to become live-in for the right candidate in the future)
Requirements:
Preferably aged 30–50
• Fluent English (required)
• Russian and/or French (a plus)
• Driver’s license (a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years professional childcare experience (required)
• Experience caring for multiple children at the same time (not just a single-child household)
• Strong references (must be contactable)
We are looking for someone who sees nannying as a professional, long-term career, and who is:
• Well-educated
• Organized and proactive
• Respectful with excellent etiquette
• Reliable, committed, and attentive
Responsibilities:
• Taking care of the children
• Light household chores
• Light cooking
The ideal candidate must be flexible and highly available, including being willing to work long days, travel with the family, even during holidays such as Easter and Christmas and even willing to move countries with them. It’s a hard working family so from time to time they need to move for their business.
We’re looking for someone long-term who can truly become part of the family. Competitive salary offered.
