We are Looking for a Nanny-Tutor

We are a family in Poland seeking an experienced and responsible Nanny-Tutor to care for our children and help with their education. This is a full-time, live-in position with a focus on both childcare/tutoring and household support.

Key Responsibilities
Childcare and Tutoring: You will be responsible for the children's daily routine, from waking up and having breakfast to getting ready for bed in the evening (around 8 PM). You will also be expected to assist with their learning and homework.

Household Help: Your duties will include ironing the children's clothes and assisting with meal preparation. We enjoy Asian cuisine, so familiarity with Polish cooking is not required.

Travel: You will be expected to travel with our family on international trips. During these times, your role will also include light household duties, such as loading the dishwasher.

Errands: Occasionally, you will be asked to run errands like grocery shopping.

Requirements
Language: You must be a fluent English speaker.

Experience & References: We require previous experience as a nanny and excellent references from past employers.

Personality: We are looking for someone who is assertive, able to set clear rules for the children, and has a well-organized, systematic approach to their work.

Appearance: A neat and professional appearance is important to us.

Legal Status: You must have a legal status that allows you to travel internationally. You also need to be eligible to obtain a work permit in Poland.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 6,000 PLN net per month. The final amount is negotiable based on experience.

Working Hours: The position is for 6 days a week, with one day off to be mutually agreed upon.

Accommodation: You will be provided with a private, furnished apartment on our property, including a bedroom, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom. All utilities are covered. Please note that meals are not included.

Additional Benefits: We offer a yearly flight to the Philippines, two weeks of paid vacation, and performance-based bonuses.
