We are a professional family seeking an experienced, high-level House Manager to oversee our residences in Beirut and Geneva.

Our family consists of four adult children (ages 26 to 33) and we are looking forward to welcoming grandchildren soon. We require a sophisticated professional who can manage a busy household, provide high-end hospitality, and ensure seamless transitions between our international properties.
The ideal candidate will act as the “heart of the home,” ensuring that both residences are always guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• High-End Culinary Management: Preparing or overseeing healthy, gourmet meals for the family and hosting dinner parties for adult children and guests.

• Housekeeping & Wardrobe Care: Managing deep cleaning schedules and providing meticulous laundry and valet services for fine fabrics.

• Grocery & Inventory: Managing high-quality sourcing for groceries, wine, and household essentials, ensuring both homes are fully stocked.

• Maintenance & Vendor Oversight: Acting as the primary point of contact for contractors, technicians, and specialized maintenance for both properties.

• Travel & Seasonal Transitions: Traveling between Beirut and Geneva to prepare homes for family arrivals, managing logistics, and ensuring a “turn-key” experience.

• Grandchild Readiness: Assisting in preparing the home environment for the arrival of grandchildren, ensuring safety and comfort for the next generation.
Requirements

• Extensive experience in estate management and high-end luxury finishes Maintenance

• Exceptional cooking skills with the ability to cater to diverse adult palettes and dietary needs.

• Strong organizational skills with a background in managing maintenance and external vendors.

• Valid travel documents for frequent movement between Lebanon and the Schengen area.

• Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, multi-generational family environment.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in French highly preferred.
