Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming.
Meal preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals, following dietary needs.
Medication management: Administer medication and monitor if any adverse side effects.
Companionship and social engagement: Providing emotional support, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities to prevent social isolation.
Mobility assistance: Helping with walking
Household tasks: Performing housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Transportation: Arranging and accompanying client for medical appointments, errands, and other outings.
Health monitoring and communication: Observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition, behavior, or environment to family members.
