Dear future Nanny/PA/Housekeeper. We have hired nanny's for the past 6 years, references available on request. The job is changing a bit now as the girls get bigger but the adults also need support now for general house management as we work a lot.
We offer a competitive salary, you will be hired as a PA as your work is centered around our ability to manage our company. You have to be a multiskilled person who will work on a range of domestic tasks, centered around the safety and wellbeing of our three girls who are 9,11,15 years and they can speak three languages (German, English, Danish). They are active with roller blading, swimming, playing music, sailing and do a bit of martial arts. Now they are getting a bit bigger, its getting more big girl like...
You can challenge them to a game of crash bandicot on the PS4 if you dare. The girls have an active friend network throughout the week and need help with transport to and from all the activities above so you have to be a good and safe driver.
We own and run a renewable energy manufacturer and installation company with multiple offices in Africa and Germany and we do frequent travel. We are looking for a mature personality who can handle the house keeping, wash clothes, buy groceries, be good with the children in a way which will allow a natural and healthy but also professional bond to be created and maintained, so they children always have support when we are not there. The majority of the time this is not a fulltime work but when we travel, you are required to manage the children like a full-time parent. We travel maximum 1 week together and separate/individually 5-10 weeks a year.
Because the work does not require 40 hours a week, we are interested in people who have an active interest in managing and developing our house (which is in a castle) and if you have skills in interior decoration this is a huge benefit.
Our house is fairly large with 240m2 floor space, you have a room (16m2) at one end of the house in the same section as the two smallest ones. You will have access to a car, you will work a schedule which will depend on our travel and working arrangements and have a lot of flexibility within this system, to work on your own personal goals such as studying or hobbies/interests of personal development.
People who have active sports/martials arts are very welcome, we have a small gym where you can work out alone or with the kids.
You must be an outgoing person who is able to manage and be with three strong-minded girls. If you suffer from hourlong sessions of staring at TikTok, this is not a job for you. We are looking for people with drive, people who will be able to make something out of this life. We are a highly motivated family and we want to be with likeminded people on a daily basis so we can bounce ideas, have conversations, learn and grow.

Qualifications:
Must be a child-friendly person who enjoys engaging in various physical activities with children
Must have a valid EU driver's license and experience driving in the countryside
Must have experience with childcare and housekeeping duties
Must have a European passport due to VISA requirements
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings
Must be comfortable working in a live-in environment
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
