Greeting candidates. We are the Welcherts. (Mom (rayna) dad(Raymond) 3yr old daughter (RayLynn) 8 year old son(David). We are good people just trying to find good care for our children while we work during the day. We are godly people with no religious preference, we are kind, caring, morally, and ethically good people that just need an equally kind, caring, morally ethical person we can trust with our children. We will treat you like family be kind, and respectful to you. Happiness is important to us. We want not only our children happy but the person working for us to be happy. We are very accommodating, negotiable non-judgmental people who are just looking for the right match. Your job is extremely important because you are handling our precious most valuable, priceless treasure and that’s our children. Their safety, happiness and well-being means everything to us. I just want someone who is going to treat them well while we are working.

My husband and I are looking for someone who is a morally and ethically a good person with a big heart and willing to play with our kids and go take them to play. Someone who will treat our children and family with respect, and care about their happiness and well being. The duties would include caring for our children when we are at work from first thing in the morning, getting them up, fed and ready and to school and/or programs. Caring for children when they are not in school or activities. Playing with them, taking them to the park, making them dinner getting them ready for bed and hang out with them playing games or doing education activities with them until we get home from work. we are very kind negotiable people who are very flexible and accommodating for the right person. There will be free housing, food and a paycheck provided for services and working for good people is always a bonus. We do not offer medical, dental or vision. No drugs, no alcohol, no partying or people over without permission in our home besides that it’s your home too and your more then welcome to make your space feel like home to you. You can smoke cigarettes outside of home just please practice good hygiene and wash hands after. good hygiene practices are very important to my family. Bathing, washing hands often is crucial. We are open to any and all religious practices as long as it does not interfere with the safety of our children. We just want someone to take good care of our children and treat them well while we are working. When we are not working, you’re free time is your own.
