We are Ali and Cody, new parents to our daughter Francesca “Frankie”, who was born on December 6th. Frankie is an incredibly sweet, calm baby with a gentle temperament, and she has already become the center of our world. We feel incredibly lucky and are hoping to find someone who will love caring for her as much as we do.
Both of us are resident physicians, so our schedules can be demanding, and we deeply value reliability, communication, and a caring, nurturing presence in our home. We are a warm, respectful, and organized family who truly sees a nanny as an important partner in supporting our daughter’s development, comfort, and daily routines.
We’re looking for someone with newborn experience, strong attention to safety, and a calm, compassionate approach. Someone who is proactive, communicative, and enjoys creating a stable, loving environment will be a wonderful match for us. We are seeking a responsible, nurturing nanny with newborn experience to provide daily care, developmental support, and gentle structure for our daughter. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and confident with infant routines.
This is a long-term position with consistent hours.
Primary Duties
1. Direct Infant Care
Feeding (bottle prep, paced bottle-feeding, tracking intake)
Diaper changes and hygiene
Managing naps and wake windows
Following safe sleep guidelines at all times
Supporting early developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, early literacy)
Monitoring milestones and communicating observations
2. Daily Routines & Organization
Maintaining a clean, organized nursery
Cleaning/sterilizing bottles, pump parts, and baby feeding items
Baby laundry as needed
Restocking diapers, wipes, and nursery supplies
Keeping daily logs of sleep, feeds, activities, and behaviors
3. Household Support (Baby-related only)
Tidying spaces used throughout the day
Light meal prep for baby as age-appropriate
Helping establish consistent routines as baby grows
What We’re Looking For
Experience with newborns (minimum 2 years preferred)
CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date vaccines (Tdap, flu preferred; COVID strongly preferred)
Non-smoker
Someone patient, warm, safety-focused, and proactive
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with two busy physician parents and a structured routine
Schedule
We are flexible, but we generally need full-time weekday coverage.
Typical range: Monday–Friday, ~50+ hours/week, with occasional schedule adjustments based on our clinical duties.
