We are a warm, busy family looking for someone special to join us during an important season of life. We will soon have three daughters—our infant, along with two older girls (ages 4 and 7)—who are kind, energetic, and love to learn and play. While your primary responsibility will be caring for the baby, our older children will be part of the home environment, and we value someone who is naturally comfortable around multiple children.

We also have a small, friendly poodle, so comfort with dogs is important.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced full-time nanny to care primarily for our infant until at least one year of age. This role is centered on providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care in a safe, nurturing environment, while supporting a consistent daily routine.

Schedule
• Full-time, weekdays (specific hours to be discussed)
• Long-term commitment through at least the first year

Primary Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, loving care for our infant
• Support developmental milestones with age-appropriate activities (tummy time, reading, sensory play, etc.)
• Maintain feeding, nap, and daily routines
• Prepare bottles and assist with feeding transitions
• Diapering and hygiene care
• Light household tasks related to the children (infant laundry, bottles, tidying play areas)
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with parents regarding daily activities and any concerns

Qualifications
• Prior infant care experience (professional nanny experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of infant development and safe sleep practices
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor
• Non-smoker
