We’re a busy, fun-loving family of six living in Encinitas. We have four wonderful kids (ages 7, 5, 3, and 1) who keep life lively and full of energy. Both of us work, and while the kids are in full-time school/daycare during the day, our mornings and afternoons can be a juggling act — which is why we’re looking for an extra set of hands to help our household run smoothly.

We value kindness, reliability, and a good sense of humor. In our home, we try to keep things balanced — a mix of structure and flexibility, plenty of outdoor time, and a focus on creating a warm, happy environment for our kids. We’d love to find someone who enjoys being around young children, is proactive about pitching in with family routines, and can feel like an extended member of our crew.

We are looking for a nanny/mommy helper to support us and our 4 kiddos. The kids are in full-time childcare, so this isn’t a full-time nanny role — more of a hybrid “extra set of hands” position.

? Ideally someone local to North County (Encinitas/Cardiff/Carlsbad = huge plus!)
? Rough schedule: M–F, 7–9am & 2–6pm (about 25 hrs/week, possibly more)

? What we need:
• Occasional pick-ups/drop-offs
• Meal prep for the kids (sometimes us too)
• Light housework + household tasks
