We are a fun, active family with three young children ages 6, 4, and 1. Our kids love being outside, staying busy, and going on little adventures throughout the day. Our oldest is a bright, energetic 6-year-old with ADHD, and he thrives with extra attention, clear expectations, and consistent structure. Our 4-year-old is creative and imaginative—she loves crafts, playing with her baby dolls, and anything that lets her express her artistic side. And our sweet 1-year-old is easygoing and happy just to be along for the ride.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys an engaging, lively environment and who can support each child’s unique personality, interests, and needs with patience, consistency, and joy.

Job Duties
Must speak Portuguese
Provide full-time childcare and early-learning support for a young child in a private home.
Duties include:
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate educational and developmental activities, including
early language development, sensory play, structured lessons, and interactive learning.
• Support social, emotional, and physical development through daily routines and play-
based activities.
• Assist with feeding, hygiene, dressing, and general wellbeing throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe environment, follow household routines, and monitor developmental
progress.
• Organize games, arts and crafts, music activities, and local outings.
• Accompany the child on trips and activities as needed, including occasional domestic and
international travel.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding daily activities and developmental
milestones.
Minimum Requirements
• 24 months of experience in the job offered or in related occupations such as Nanny,
Preschool Teacher, or Enrichment Teacher. Experience may be gained through paid or
unpaid work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely transport a child when needed.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.
Additional Information
Travel may be required up to approximately 25% of the time to accompany the family on trips.
