My son is 3 years old and of Korean and Haitian heritage. I would love to find someone who speaks Korean to help him stay connected to his roots, but it’s not a deal breaker. He’s a high-energy, autistic , happy kid who loves his shows, laughs a lot, and yes—he screeches sometimes too (in the cutest way). He’s a bit of a night owl and often wakes up in the middle of the night, but during the day, he’s full of curiosity and joy. He eats pretty well most days and overall, he’s a wonderful little boy.
I’m looking for someone I can truly trust with my child—this is incredibly important to me. Ideally, I’d love to have someone start next year.

Position: Au Pair / Live-in Childcare Provider
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (occasional weekend help if needed)
Location: Colorado, USA

About the Role:
We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable au pair to provide overnight childcare for a lively 3-year-old. My child is autistic, full of energy, and very loving. Bedtime can sometimes be challenging, so this role is best for someone with patience, creativity, and experience working with children who need a little extra support.

Duties:
• Evening routine: playtime, winding down, dinner assistance, and bedtime support
• Helping with bath, brushing teeth, pajamas, and settling into bed
• Comforting and redirecting if bedtime is difficult or if the child wakes during the night
• Ensuring the child is safe and cared for overnight
• Light morning routine (helping with breakfast, dressing, etc. before parent returns from work)
• Occasionally assisting on weekends if extra coverage is needed
