Hello! Im Isabell, most people call me Izzy :)
I have a strong background in the early years and previously worked as a Baby Room Leader in a private nursery, which is where my love for caring for babies and young children really grew. In this role, I looked after children on a daily basis, supporting them through their early milestones and helping them feel safe, settled, and happy in their environment. I did this role for 4 years, starting off as an apprentice.

I was responsible for planning gentle, age-appropriate activities that encouraged learning through play, while also following each child’s individual routine for feeding, naps, and care. I always focused on building secure, loving relationships with the children, offering plenty of comfort, reassurance, and encouragement as they developed confidence and independence.

Working closely with parents was a big part of my role, and I really valued creating open, trusting relationships so families felt confident and supported. Being a room leader also allowed me to guide and support other staff members, ensuring the babies received consistent, high-quality care in a calm and nurturing setting.

This experience shaped my caring and patient approach and gave me a deep understanding of early childhood development. I now bring that same warmth, attentiveness, and passion into my work as a nanny, always aiming to create a loving and positive environment where children can thrive.
