Looking after kids requires a lot of energy and attention to detail, but I enjoy it wholeheartedly. As someone who loves caring for children,
I passionately believe that 4 years of baby sitting and teaching experience of Kindergarten make me a great candidate to be the newest caregiver for your little ones.
I am excited to have the opportunity to apply for the position of Full-Time Nanny for your family however I am not in Europe at the moment though if you consider overseas applications I am willing to apply. I had worked as a helping hand for busy parents and their daughter for two years in Hong Kong, and my experience in childcare and household management has directly improved the day-to-day life of the families I have worked for. As a full-time nanny, I have encountered a variety of children and family situations which have shaped me into a flexible and quick-thinking worker. While working with my first family, I watched their elementary-aged daughter and managed her daily schedules of school, playdates, appointments, and extracurricular activities. My first family left me with a glowing recommendation upon moving.
I now currently work in Thailand at a School as a Kindergarten Teacher for English and Science Lessons.
Here, I have 4 years of experience teaching nurseries and kindergarten students as well as tutoring primary students. I am adept at using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior.
Some of my key achievements are patience organizational skills, creative thinking abilities, capacity for teamwork and time management skills.
I have years of experience working in a classroom set up handling over 20 students and learning centers as my part time on weekends through montessori approach and reggio emilia settings as well as handling primary students by online learning through zoom and Google classroom during the pandemic.
About myself, I am Catherine 41 years old, a filipina. I obtained a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Pangasinan in the Philippines graduated from 2002. I am an experienced preschool teacher with more than 3 years of experience working with children in the early childhood education setting. I am passionate about working with young children and helping them to learn and grow. My teaching style is interactive and hands on, and i strive to create a fun and engaging learning environment. I believe that play is an important role in learning.
My knowledge and experiences in this position leads me to believe that I am equipped with the right skills to make me a good candidate for the position.
