Hello dear family,

My name is Lieke, and I’m very excited to introduce myself to you. I am an empathetic, caring, creative, and naturally curious person who truly enjoys working with children and supporting their development.

At the moment, I work at an after-school care center (BSO) where I run my own group. This has given me a lot of experience in planning activities, managing different age groups, and creating a safe, positive, and fun environment for the children. I studied Social Work and specialized in youth, which has helped me understand children’s emotional needs, behavior, and individual differences.

During my studies, I also completed an internship in a family-style children’s home, so I am used to working in a dynamic household and supporting children with different backgrounds and personalities. These experiences have helped me become confident, patient, and able to stay calm in busy or challenging situations.

I am currently looking for a new challenge abroad. I have always wanted to improve my German, and I feel that working with a family in Germany or Austria would be the perfect opportunity to grow personally and professionally. I’m motivated to learn your language, integrate into your daily life, and support your children with warmth, structure, and creativity.
