Dear Family,
I’m Janica, 29, from the Philippines. I have 7 years of experience in childcare and housekeeping which includes 2 years in Denmark, 1.5 years in Iceland, 2 years in Norway, 8 months in Luxembourg, 8 months in Finland, and now I’m back in Luxembourg for good with a valid residence/work permit.
I’m looking for a family who would legally hire me is a nanny either full-time or part-time. I am available for interview anytime.
In total, I have taken care of a total of 15 kids with ages ranging from 0-12 years old. The last family I worked for in Finland, I was fully in charge of a 7 month old baby for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. The baby also had 3 other sisters, all under 5 years old and I take care of them whenever they’re home sick or for whatever reasons. On top of that, I also manage the upkeep of the house so it was a very full job.
Thus, I have hundreds of hours of experience in babysitting/child minding. The most enjoyable ages for me to take care of are the infant and toddler years so I am leaning more into families looking for a nanny for their little ones.
I speak fluent English, Tagalog, conversational Danish/Norwegian, and basic French. My hobbies are reading, writing, listening to music, watching movies, learning languages, going to museums, traveling, etc.
I do not drink nor smoke. I am comfortable with pets and have taken care of dogs before.
