i have a range of child care experience, from being a teacher to a teachers aide and running the after school prog, to being a nanny for a 3 yr old, work for many yrs with a family of a 12 year old. and work as an after school nanny with a few families with multiple children ages 4-15 and working for a sitting agency with infants - 15 yr olds. and of course i have done plenty of baby sitting.
i am looking to to put my time in one family, i love the kids at the school i work, but would like to work one on one or two how ever many children you may have. i like to do arts n crafts go for walks and to the park , and also go to museums. i dont believe in a child sitting at home watching tv or play video games all day, they need to be stimulated by the things around them.
