Hey there I am Anna! I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. I have a big heart, I am a forever student of life. I have been a Nanny since 2021 for two families here in Chicago while also pursuing other dreams. I am a yoga teacher, I lead and create yoga teacher training programs, and I host yoga retreats around the world through my own business.

I have other hopes and dreams and would like to extend my curiosity for life to a new country!

My hope as a nanny for your family is to be a happy and positive human in your child’s life. Someone who is excited to hear about their day, playful, silly, and has their safety in my best interest.

In 2021 I began nannying full time for a family with two kids. During the pandemic and in a cold climate it was important that we stayed active, creative, and also kept each other healthy. In 2022 the family moved out of state and I found a new family to nanny for.

The family I am currently with is a family with 3 busy girls. I have done everything with them from newborn days, to summer camps, help around the house, cooking meals, driving them to activities across the city, you name it! Over the years our schedule has changed as their needs changed. I am adaptable, reliable, and a person that does what I say I will do. I am an open book and have built great communication skills.

I have been feeling called to experience and lean into a culture that is different from mine. Even though I have lived in Chicago my whole life I never fully felt that this was home. I know and trust that it is time to stop daydreaming and actually make the move. I plan to study Spanish alongside nannying. Something that is very intimidating and important for me to do.

Outside of nannying I see myself as someone always trying new things! Learning Spanish is one of them!
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years and that is a huge part of my life and what makes me “Anna’. Since I began teaching yoga, I created my own yoga retreat business and developed, wrote, and now teach 200hr yoga teacher trainings for yogis who are curious or want to teach yoga themselves.
I have no children of my own (yet), just one kitty who has been such a surprise of love and joy in my life. She is excited to move to a new country too!
