Hi there! MY name is Karen and I am looking for a loving and caring family to nanny for. I live in East Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA. I love children and have been babysitting for over 15 years. I took Child Development classes while I was in college, have been a Behavior Therapist at a private school for children diagnosed with autism, and have been a live in and live out nanny for many wonderful families. I have always loved working with kids because it is so rewarding. I have seen how much work it can be to balance family, work, etc. and I would love to be that extra help to make everything run a little smoother. I feel like I am a friend to the children while keeping them safe and structured at the same time. I value honest communication between everyone so that we are all on the same page.
