My name is Mattea, and I am so excited to introduce myself as a potential sitter or nanny for your family. I truly love working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and just be themselves.
I have a strong background working with children of all ages and abilities. I am certified in BLS, CPR, AED, and emergency oxygen for both children and adults, and I am also a certified swim instructor through the YMCA. In my role, I’ve worked with beginners all the way up to advanced swimmers, including individuals with special needs. I am especially confident teaching water safety, building confidence, and helping kids reach their goals in a positive and encouraging way.
Beyond swimming, I have experience supervising and caring for children in structured and unstructured settings. I enjoy engaging kids in creative activities, outdoor play, and helping with routines like meals, homework, and bedtime. I aim to be someone your children feel comfortable with and look forward to spending time with.
I am responsible, patient, and very attentive to safety, but I also love to have fun and bring positive energy into the home. Whether it’s playing games, helping with schoolwork, or just being a reliable support for your family, I am here to help make your life easier.
This summer, I will have a flexible schedule with only one online class (no live sessions), so I can be very available and adaptable to your family’s needs. I will also have reliable transportation.
