Family's Introduction to Nanny

we are a happy family that moved to Italy from Hong Kong in 2023. Wife is Chinese 36yrs old and husband is Czech 45yrs old. We are blessed to have two beautiful children - 1yr old baby girl and 4yrs old boy. We would like to find someone who could help us every day from Monday till Friday for 4-5hrs from 4PM till 9PM (kindergarten pick up until the bedtime). We live in a beautiful villa in Bordighera, a lovely little town at the Italian Riviera 20min from Monaco. We would like to find someone who could become a part of our family.
It is necessary to have a residence permit in Europe/Italy. We prefer Asians but it is not a must.

Job Description
We would like to find a new member of our family who could take care of our two children (1yr old girl and 4yrs old boy) in the afternoon from 4PM till 8PM every day. The perfect candidate needs to have at least 3yrs experience with taking care of toddlers and children below 6. She should be at least 30yrs old. She needs to be careful, well-organized and 100% honest. She needs to have a residence permit in Italy in case she is not local.
