Elderly Caregiver / Home-Based Caregiver
I am a qualified Home-Based Caregiver with over 2 years of experience caring for elderly people, including elderly clients up to 100 years old. I have experience caring for both independent and bedridden elderly clients and providing compassionate, respectful and reliable personal care.
My responsibilities included:
Assisting elderly clients with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene.
Changing diapers and assisting with toileting and continence care.
Feeding clients and assisting those who had difficulty eating independently.
Administering or assisting with prescribed medication according to the required schedule.
Caring for bedridden clients and assisting with their daily needs.
Helping clients move safely and providing support with mobility where needed.
Keeping clients' living areas clean, comfortable and hygienic.
Doing laundry, cleaning and other household duties as required.
