I have always enjoyed being around children and taking care of them. I have experience caring for my younger sister and my niece, which taught me how to be patient, responsible, understanding, and attentive to their needs. I also had the opportunity to work with children during my school immersion in kindergarten, where I helped and interacted with young children. These experiences made me realize how much I enjoy spending time with children and watching them learn, grow, and discover new things.
As an au pair, I would be happy to help with your children’s daily routines, such as preparing simple meals, helping them get ready, playing with them, assisting with homework, keeping their play areas organized, and accompanying them during activities. I understand that every child is different, so I am willing to learn their routines, interests, and personalities and adapt to what makes them comfortable and happy.
I would describe myself as caring, patient, responsible, respectful, and easy to get along with. I am also willing to learn and improve myself. I may be new to living abroad, but I am open-minded and excited to experience a new culture, meet new people, and learn from my host family. I believe that good communication and mutual respect are very important in building a good relationship with a host family.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, watching movies or series, exploring new places, and doing activities that allow me to relax and have fun. I also enjoy spending time with children because I find their energy, curiosity, and creativity wonderful.
One of the main reasons I want to become an au pair is because I want to gain meaningful childcare experience while experiencing life in another country. I would love to learn about your culture, traditions, food, language, and everyday life. At the same time, I would be happy to share Filipino culture, traditions, and experiences with your family.
