Though losing my mom to COVID was heartbreaking, this experience deepened my appreciation for family bonds and brought me even closer to my dad. Coming from a loving (and sometimes hilariously nosy!) extended family has shaped me into someone who values genuine connections and creates warm environments wherever I go.
