Swiss Family living in Vaud, very close to Geneva with 2 kids (4 and 7) and a baby to be born in November. We are looking for some help around kids and housekeeping.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a trustworthy, warm, and organized person to join our household in Mies as a Nanny/Housekeeper. This versatile role combines childcare with full management of the home, and is ideally suited to someone independent, discreet, and able to adapt to the changing needs of a family with young children.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Childcare:
• Caring for a baby 2 days per week, as part of the parents' return from maternity leave
• Picking up the two older children (ages 4 and 7) from school/activities and looking after them until the parents return home
• Ensuring the children's safety, wellbeing, and development on a daily basis
• Occasional help with preparing children's meals and accompanying them on errands
Housekeeping:
• Full cleaning and upkeep of the house (all rooms)
• Laundry and ironing for the family
• General tidying and maintaining order throughout the home
• Occasional help with preparing family meals
Organization:
• Ability to effectively balance children's needs with household tasks, setting priorities according to day-to-day changes
• Good communication with parents regarding weekly organization and the children's needs
