Job Description
I am an American expat living in Madrid that occasionally needs help with coordinating with services like hiring electricians or other service providers related to managing an apartment I rent out.
Typical work needed is making calls to find appropriate service providers and meeting with them the day services are provided to help with coordination and communication in Spanish.
Most of the work is phone based with the only onsite requirement being when services are scheduled onsite. These can be scheduled around the PA's availability. So although this is an hourly/part-time position it is very flexible and can be coordinated around other work or school schedules the PA may have.
