I am Francis (Dad), a data engineer/software developer, and I work from home. I am very involved in Aqila’s routine and will always be available to support you in any way you may need. I am open, respectful, and welcoming, and I want your time here to feel comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. I will also be your main point of contact for any questions or assistance.

You will become a valued part of my family, and I would love for you to join in family events such as birthdays, holidays, and outings whenever you wish (never obligatory during off-duty time). I am also excited to learn about your culture, traditions, music, and food. You are always welcome to cook meals from your culture and share your experiences with us.

You will always have at least 1½ days off each week and one full weekend (Friday night to Sunday night) off each month.

Most of the weekends will be off(Aqila's mom usually have her in the weekends. The weekends she doesn't have her which is rare, you will be notified and schedule adjusted to work)

Typical Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday:
6:30 AM – 8:30 AM (Work)
Break During the Day
4:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Work)
Half-Day Saturday (as needed, usually starting at 4:00 PM)
DAILY EXPECTATIONS
Morning (6:30 AM – 8:30 AM):
• Wake Aqila up
• Brush teeth and bathe
• Prepare breakfast (oatmeal, fruits, water – new recipes are welcome)
• Drive her to school
Afternoon/Evening (4:00 PM – 9:00/9:30 PM):
• Pick up Aqila from school
• Prepare and serve a full meal
• Educational time (letters, numbers, colors, planets, writing, reading – please prepare simple lesson plans)
• Playtime (indoor/outdoor, park, creative activities)
• Dinner (light meal with fruits and vegetables around 7:45–8:00 PM)
• Bath, brushing teeth, reading, prayer, and sleep around 9:00 PM
HOUSEHOLD RESPONSIBILITIES (RELATED TO AQILA)
• Tidy Aqila’s bed and room – Daily
• Change sheets – Twice weekly or when needed
• Aqila’s laundry – Once weekly (preferably Monday)
• Prepare meals/snacks/fruits – Daily
• Wash Aqila’s dishes – Daily
• Clean play areas and organize toys – Daily
• Maintain cleanliness in Aqila’s bedroom, bathroom, living, and play areas

With time, the school schedule could change from 8:30 to 2pm. We will adjust the time accordingly.
