Introduction
Hello beautiful people,
I’m a 25 year-old Frenchie !
I’m looking for a little ( or BIG) family to join as an au pair or Live-In Nanny as soon as possible , ?for a minimum of 12 months.
I was partly raised in the US, meaning I have a special link with the country and speak fluently English ! I have also been raised to travel a lot, which has made me a very curious and open minded person.
I am open to placements really all around the globe except Europe, Australia, USA mainland ( being European I would love to discover new horizons ).
I am the eldest of 4 at home, which means I kind of started getting down the parent role. I have been practicing with them all my skills that have led me to to the woman I am today and my job…Because in my everyday life I am a social worker ( I have never found the exact translation in English for my French job, but social worker or special ed teacher would be the closest). I just love to be around people, and share those special moments with them. I am currently studying on my own to prepare a teacher diploma to teach in kidergarden too !
I’ve worked as a camp counselor for 6 years, a school tutor for 2 years, a home babysitter for 2 years with the same family.
Regarding my mission as a child caregiver, I am comfortable with children as small as a couple of months up until middle school (10/12). I have had various experiences as you might have seen above. Regarding the language, since I am French, I can talk to them in my mother tongue, I also have a very reasonable level in Spanish and Italian.
It’s always kind of hard to talk about oneself, but I would say that I am a very adaptable, curious and loving young woman. I will always have the best interest at heart of the person in front of me.
I am a strong fan of independency, which can be observed in my manner to interact with children ; leading them to do things on their own, but always with a serious supervision. I do not have any particular hobbies in sports or arts, but I am open to all of it, and I certainly ain’t no quitter.
