Acts as a bridge between household management, personal schedule, and light professional needs.

Resposible:
Household Management:
Supervise and schedule staff - Chef, housekeepers, nanny, driver, gardener, protocol
Create control and communication systems among household staff, group chats, checklists, and daily reports.
Handle service bookings—technicians, AC repairs, maintenance, etc.
Manage household needs - groceries, kitchen stock, laundry, etc.
Record household expenses and prepare weekly & monthly reports
School - Lesson, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Payment, etc.

Personal Coordination and Communication:
Act as the main liaison between the Founder and external parties – guests, vendors, and business staff.
Manage personal schedules - meetings, medical appointments, family events, and travel plans
Remind of daily priorities and help ensure Founder's time is used efficiently.
Prepare travel itineraries - transportation, hotel, baby needs, etc.
Assist with personal documents and other needs - driver's licenses, vehicle papers, passport, visa, insurance, etc.
