Project-based Personal Assistant / Coordinator (Barbados)
Short-term freelance role on the West Coast. Immediate start through mid-December, with potential for future projects. Mostly daytime hours; occasional early mornings/weekends. Work centers on executing the to-do list for a Dec 5 event.
What you’ll do
• Follow up with vendors
• Light admin: notes, simple docs/spreadsheets, receipt/file organization
• Errands & small tasks (pickups/returns, supplies, drop-offs)
• Pre-event support: checklists, timelines, confirming rentals/deliveries
• Keep me proactively updated; communicate clearly and professionally
Must-haves
• Driver’s licence + reliable car (local errands required)
• Excellent communication, reliability, and discretion
• Strong Google Docs/Sheets (or MS Office) skills
• Works independently, follows checklists, solves small problems on the fly
