My name is Angelika, and I am 25 years old from Philippines. I’m excited about the opportunity to become an au pair in the Netherlands and become part of a welcoming family while experiencing a new culture. I have over two years of experience as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher, where I worked closely with children and supported their growth through learning and play. I also have several years of professional experience in client service roles, which taught me how to be patient, responsible, and highly adaptable to different people and situations—skills that are just as valuable when caring for children.
One of my strengths is my flexibility. I adjust easily to new routines and environments, and I approach challenges with a calm and positive mindset. I truly enjoy spending time with children—whether it’s playing games, helping with homework, reading, or simply being there to support their daily routines. I’m also happy to help with light household tasks and offer English language support if needed.
In addition to my passion for working with children, I also love animals and would be more than happy to live in a home with pets. I believe they bring warmth and joy to a family, and I’m very comfortable helping with their care if needed.
I’m drawn to the Netherlands for its family-friendly culture, beautiful cities, and open-minded way of life. I’m eager to learn more about Dutch traditions, improve my language skills, and make meaningful connections during my stay.
